Sushrut has over 14 years of experience representing multinational companies, leading PE/VC firms, Indian companies and their promoters in acquisition deals, fund raising, joint ventures, business transfers.
He has represented clients and worked across various sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, health tech, transport and logistics, IT/ ITES, healthcare and hospitals, manufacturing.
He also regularly advises clients on compliance and regulatory matters under foreign exchange regulations, general corporate and commercial matters, structuring, entry/exit strategies, etc.

Prior to joining LKS, Sushrut was a Counsel in the M&A, PE/VC practice of Khaitan & Co, LLP. He has also worked in Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. previously.

Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, in connection with its acquisition of substantially all assets of Kidde-Fenwal, Inc., a global leading provider of fire suppression systems and controls, pursuant to an approval from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Regal Rexnord in connection with the divestiture of its industrial electrical motors business to WEG for ~US$400 million.
Rite Water Solutions, a potable water and water quality improvement solutions provider, in connection with its funding by Incofin of EUR 7.5 million.
Premion, a CTV/OTT advertising platform of TEGNA, in connection with its acquisition of Octillion Media, a demand-side platform (DSP) focused on Local CTV/OTT Advertising.
Navan, Inc. in connection with its acquisition of 100% shareholding of Shorebird Technologies Private Limited (d/b/a Tripeur), a leading corporate travel and expense management company headquartered in Bengaluru.
Insight Partners in connection with its participation in the Series B and B1 rounds of funding of Garagepreneurs Internet Private Limited (d/b/a Slice), a leading player in the digital financial services / fintech space.
Quadria Capital in connection with its full exit from Asian Institute of Gastroenterology Private Limited, which owns and operates one of the largest multi-specialty hospitals in India, by sale of its minority stake to Baring Private Equity Asia.
Insight Partners in connection with its participation in the Series E round of funding of Resilient Innovations Private Limited (d/b/a BharatPe), one of the leading players in the fintech space offering a range of fintech products including interoperable QR codes for UPI payments. Healthquad Advisors in connection with its participation in the Series A round of funding of Stanplus Tech Pte. Ltd. (d/b/a Stanplus), which provides private ambulance services to hospitals and corporates. Rupeek Fintech Private Limited and its promoter Mr. Sumit Maniyar, one of the leading tech platforms for gold backed lending, in connection with Rupeek’s Series E round of funding, which saw participation from leading venture capital / private equity firms such as Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners and Bertelsmann India.
Ping An Voyager Fund in connection with its participation in the Series D round of funding of Girnar Software Private Limited (d/b/a Cardekho), which offers technology and marketing solutions in relation to automobiles and automobile dealers. Luxasia Group, a leading distributor and retailer of perfumes, cosmetics and beauty products in South East Asia, in connection with setting up a 75:25 joint venture with Manash Lifestyle Private Limited, which operates the online marketplace ‘purrple.com’, to establish a distribution network for wholesale distribution of perfumes, cosmetics and beauty products.
