This month’s edition discusses the various antitrust decisions and merger orders from the months of February-March 2021. Some of the recent CCI decisions discussed in this issue include, investigation into WhatsApp’s updated Privacy Policy, a first of its kind interim order directing Makemytrip to re-list Treebo and FabHotels on its platform and a decision to not investigate the corrugated box manufacturer’s association for allegations of cartelization.
