Vishal is responsible for Commercial and Securities Market dispute resolution and arbitration as well as advisory to the listed companies, MSME’s and all other securities market intermediaries on various regulatory issues and compliances, arising in relation to various SEBI regulations and Stock Exchange bye laws, rules and regulations.

He is a seasoned legal professional with a rich experience of more than 11 years into Civil, Corporate, Commercial, Consumer and Securities Market related Litigations and Advisory as well as Arbitration. He has appeared before the various fora including Securities Appellate Tribunal, High Courts and Supreme Court.

Vishal has worked in past for India’s leading stock exchange as well as for leading law firms in Mumbai. While his association with National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), he was heading the team responsible to manage all the Litigation matters of NSE and its Group companies (except NSCCL), spread across country.

Vishal was also responsible to provide Legal Advisory to the Business Teams on introduction of new product as well as to all the Regulatory Teams such as Listing Compliance, Inspection, Surveillance & Investigation, Arbitration and Investor Service Cell, based on interpretation of regulatory/statutory requirements.

He has also worked for a leading law firm in Mumbai wherein he used to handle firm’s all litigation matters and provide legal advisory to foreign corporate clients.
