Sahana Rajkumar has over seven years of experience in the Indirect Tax Advisory and Litigation Practice at the firm.

She has been involved in various GST impact assessment assignments for clients from diverse sectors and has hand-held several clients in transitioning into GST through support on procedural and substantive legal queries. She is actively engaged in providing advisory services to clients on a day-to-day basis.

She has conducted numerous tax compliance reviews of legal positions adopted by clients and drafted representations on behalf of industry associations on key issues.

Sahana also handles audit and investigation support assignments, replies and appeals to Department Notices/Orders and regularly appears before Department Authorities. She has also authored various articles in her practise area that have been regularly published in eminent online and print media.
