Karanjot Singh has been a member of direct tax practice at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan since 2015. He advises on various issues in domestic tax, international tax and transfer pricing. He has advised clients in variety of sectors including banking and finance, oil and gas, IT & ITeS, telecommunication, iron and steel, electricity automobile etc.

He has conducted various due diligence assignments and handled complex matters involving PE exposure.

He has also handled litigation matters before various Courts, Tribunals and other appellate forums. He has been an active speaker at various seminars and conferences organized on direct taxation. He also has authored many articles in reputed national and international journals.
