Disha has also been advising on various allied laws such as FSSAI, Legal Metrology, BIS etc.
She has been representing clients before judicial and departmental forums like High Court, CESTAT, Advance Ruling Authority etc.
Disha has in-depth knowledge in the area of tariff classification. She continues to advise leading corporate houses in issues pertaining to GST and Customs.
Disha is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She is also a qualified Company Secretary and Advocate-On-Record in Supreme Court of India.
