Charulatha Rajaji

Charulatha has a rich indirect tax litigation experience, appearing in sensitive, time-bound, and complex matters before High Courts, Tribunals and other authorities.

She started her career by appearing in VAT litigation matters before High Court and other forums and is now involved in handling all indirect tax laws litigation -- legacy laws (Service Tax, VAT, Excise) and GST.

Charulatha advises a wide range of clients from automobile, FMCG, textile, insurance, Information Technology sectors, startups and PSUs on tax planning and structuring, and litigation management.

She was awarded gold medal for being the topper in the contracts law subject, by then Tamil Nadu Governor, Mr. K. Rosaiah and then Madras High Court Chief Justice, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul.

She graduated in 2015 and has been associated with LKS thereafter.
