LES Switzerland is hosting the LES Pan European Conference 2013 in Davos from 23 to 25 June 2013. Stake-holders in respect of IP licensing, technology transfer and industrial property will exchange views and deliberate on various topics on these 3 days.
The theme of the conference is "Spirit of Licensing" - a special approach to licensing. The programme consists of a mixture of lectures and workshops with international content. Some of the topics scheduled for lectures are 'Global challenges for IP and licensing', 'Challenges of licensing standard essential patents', 'Commercializing underutilised patents', 'In search of strong design rights', 'Arbitration and mediation in IP matters' and 'Core elements of successful trademark licensing'.
