ICC India is organising a conference on International Commercial Arbitration in Chennai and New Delhi on November 2016.
Mr V. Lakshmikumaran, Managing Partner, Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan will be speaking on ‘Impact of the Arbitration Amendment Act’ in the second session of this conference to be held in Chennai on 25th November 2016.
This conference will emphasis on topics related to saving time and costs in international arbitration, the impact of the Arbitration Amendment Act, 2015 while also focusing on ICC dispute resolution services.
