The India IP and Innovation Forum, bringing together domestic and international counsel, will be launched on 28th of February, 2012. The conference aims to offer valuable insights into a whole host of issues from developing IP strategy to tackling online infringement to trademark protection in India.
A session on the recent changes in US patent law and patentability of software in India is part of the programme. The panel of speakers comprises of leading IP attorneys and experts from the industry.
