The International Bar Association Corporate and M&A Law Committee, in association with the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum is organising a two day conference on Mergers and Acquisitions.
The conference will cover a broad range of topics like acquisition finance, joint venture transactions in Asia with case studies on Asia outbound investments. A session has been planned on finance due diligence and anti-bribery laws in various jurisdictions.
