She advises international and domestic clients on a range of trademark issues. She specializes in prosecution and enforcement of Trademarks and Geographical Indications. Rajalakshmi’s experience spans more than 15 years during which she has assisted clients in availability searches, IPR due diligence, oppositions, cancellations and IP advisory work.

She regularly appears before the Trade Marks Office, Geographical Indications Office in connection with prosecution and enforcement of trade marks as well as geographical indication matters.

She is admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi and is currently serving as a member of the Geographical Indications Committee of the INTA.

Prior to joining the firm, she has worked with leading IP boutique firms.
