Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has proposed to introduce a new Food Safety and Standards (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2018 to replace the present Food Safety and Standards (Packaging and Labelling) Regulations, 2011.
The FSSAI has invited recommendations, observations and objections from the stakeholders, and the last date to provide suggestions for the new regulations is 09-06-2018.
