The 2nd International Competition Law Conference is being held in New Delhi, India on 28th April, 2012. Competition Law Bar Association is hosting the global meet where both Indian and foreign anti-trust laws will be discussed.
The conference will have four parallel technical sessions covering mergers and acquisitions, regulating dominant players, decoding competition law, anti-dumping and competition policy and competition law vis-a-vis IP laws.
